Activity spiritual rating grid

this SPIRITUAL RATING activity grid will tell you how spiritual an activity is on a rating out of 18. By studying the activities in my activity and yoga charts select the activity you want to rate - for instance knowledge aquistion - go to MIND square, then slide vertically by how high the standard of knowledge is and then horizintally by how yogic it is, for instance RAGANUGA knowledge that is about service 5 (from the top) + 7 (on the vertical numbers, a total of 12 out of 18, ratings 1-9 are material and 10-18 are spiritual, so knowledge aquisition at the raganuga level that is about karma yoga is spiritual.. Similarly, TANTRA YOGA, at the Sadhana level, that is focused on work gets a rating out of 4 (on the vertical) + 2 (on the horizontal) = 6 out of 18, and so is material. 18 out of 18 is Prema Bhakti.

To understand how to use this chart - study my 'analysis of all activitys' blog post - and the DTP practice diagram.

ratngs 1-9 are material, rating 10-18 are spiritual.

A series of uncanny events

The more wisdom you have, the more ecstatic you will get, the better your path in life, the more wisdom you will have, the more you work on yourself, the better your path in life will be, and the more you relate to God, the more you will work of yourself.

Collection of spontaneous devotional poems

Radharani's Hands:

What do You hold, in Your hands today?
Radha, I feel fair in them
are they holding a plant or food?
Do You put it in Your mouth?

Krishnas Eyes:

Where You looking Krishna?
Do You have an eye out today?
Are You looing at people?
That make Your hair tingle?

Lalita Walking:

Oh Lalita, Oh Lalita.
What a walk I see.
I think I noticed You walking today,
and dropped out of the bottom of creation.

Balarams Arms:

Bala-Balarama! What are You doing?
Your arms are grabbing and now they have it.
Seems like they'll have to roll,
Because You've won with Your strength.

Devotional service, why it achieves the four goals of life

Essentially all beings are engaged somewhere along the chain of service to Krishna. At the bottom of this chain is kama or sensory gratification, those that are pursueing this goal acheive only kama, kama is essentially all the enjoyments that are avaliable in life, and these enjoyments are essential for healthy happy being. Tantra is the associated yoga with this goal but if it is yoga it is divine. Next comes economic development, those that acheive this goal also acheive that of sensory gratification. Economic development involves moving society forward with developments and basically providing economic stabilty to provide for sensory gratification and move one forwards in life. Next is religiosity, this involves some form of religious engagement and achieves the previous two goals as well. Liberation is the fourth goal, and this is basically freedom from suffering and bondage in this material world and achieves the previous three goals. Devotional Service is the fifth and final goal of life, transcending and including all previous goals it acheives the results of kama, artha, dharma, and moksha whilst pursuing and achieving the goal of transcendental loving service to the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

Praying with desire

We should pray with desire
So what you desire
You should open up to the Lords inquiry
And by desiring only God
One can pray for Him/Her alone
